Banko Michica

Funky & Fruity

It's no secret we at Trade love Ethiopian naturals, and this berry bomb is no exception. We're finding blueberry right up front, with a little more funky tropical fruit as it cools, finishing with a kiss of dark chocolate.

    Roaster’s Notes
Banko Michicha is a washing station in Guji, Ethiopia owned by Mr. Degefa Sema, a 25 year industry veteran. It’s safe to say he has a pretty good handle on how to produce amazing coffees. Around 800 farmers deliver their coffee to Degefa, and Banko Michicha takes over from there. Super bright, bursting with fruit juice sweetness, yet also balanced and immaculately clean.
