Can I adjust my coffee subscription once I set it?
Sure thing. Whether you set a monthly coffee subscription and want to adjust the frequency to just a few weeks, are toying with a new brewing method, want to switch to whole coffee beans, or need to revise your payment method, it’s easy to change your settings. Just go the second icon from the right at the top of your homepage and select “My Orders” from the dropdown. Under the “Subscription” section hit “Manage” and modify your preferences as needed. Can I pause my coffee subscription?
Once again, yes! Click the Trade logo in the upper left corner to return to the Home Page. Once you have an active subscription you will see your up next order date listed beneath the "My Subscription" tab. Click "Change order date" to pause your next order. You can choose to delay your next subscription order by up to six weeks. This is a great option if you’re going out of town for a while or just overstocked on coffee beans. Great question! We can confirm that the coffee is 100% coffee beans and contains absolutely no nuts or any other added ingredients. The roasters' notes on the bags are actually tasting notes that roasters have discovered while roasting the coffee. Similar to when sommeliers choose tasting notes for wine, the ingredient notes listed on the bags of coffee are not contained in the coffee but rather what roasters are tasting when they sip it!
