Roaster’s Notes
This is our first honey from Long Miles! And really, our first honey besides those purchased by our pal Mario Alarcon in Guatemala. For this lot, Long Miles experimented with a bit of sealed fermentation between depulping and drying. Is that the reason this coffee is so complex and delicious? We're not sure that's the whole story, but we are sure that it's tasty!
