    Roaster’s Notes
According to legend, a giant named Matambo lay to rest in Huila, forming a massive mountain that dominates the landscape. We named this coffee from Gigante de Huila after the giant, and it's been a mainstay of our lineup for several years running. Matambo is always a great balance of approachable and adventurous flavors, and this harvest is no exception. We're tasting stone fruit and bright white grape, balanced with buttery pie crust sweetness.
