    Roaster’s Notes
The Conesthay is from the Chachagui municipality in Narino, Colombia. Producer Jairo Ruales grows primarily grows the coffee varietal Colombia and much of the farm lies at over 2,000 Meters. What we often love about Narino coffees is that they remind us of Ethiopian-like profiles and the Conesthay does just that. It starts with a black tea like body and has fleshy ripe peach juiciness and candied pink grapefruit.
