Roaster’s Notes
This community lot is composed of 12 producers from Andes, Antioquia. A traditional washed coffee harvested in Andes at an altitude between 1800 and 2000 masl with notes of chocolate, citric acid flavors like tangerine and balanced sweetness of molasses, this is the perfect cup for an everyday coffee. A result of different hands coming together to produce a bigger lot, a result of cooperation, co-creation and the beginning of a bigger project.
