    Roaster’s Notes
This offering comes from the section of the Esperança farm called “Pau d’Oleo” after the old-growth Copaiba, or Oil Wood trees, between the coffee rows. The harvest from this section is 100% Red Catuaí, derived from a single planting back in December of 1994. Bruno decided to preserve this quality by processing his coffee using the “pulped natural” method, then letting the coffee dry on patios.
