Roaster’s Notes
Tilahun Gedo is a farmer from the village of Jemijemo, in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Most of our Ethiopian offerings are produced by many small farmers who deliver their coffee to a washing station or cooperative wet mill, so we were excited to roast this gem from Tilahun Gedo and his family. It's one of the most floral naturals we've tasted, with intense raspberry candy, hibiscus, and honey in the cup.
