Roaster’s Notes
This fully-washed coffee, comprised of heirloom varieties, comes from the Shakisso farm located in the Guji zone of the Oromia region in Ethiopia. This coffee has aromas of jasmine and lemon, flavors of mandarin and caramel, toffee and citrus aftertastes, a nippy acidity, a delicate body and a balanced sweetness. e're currently enjoying this coffee on a Kalita and a Melitta.
