Our gift subscriptions are the perfect way to have friends and family experience a variety of coffee to match their taste profile!
You select how many bags of coffee their gift subscription will contain.
We’ll email them a redeemable gift code. You may choose to send this gift email on a specific date, or select to print the gift code and hand it to them directly.
Once the recipient receives the code to activate their gift subscription, they can activate it on our website by going to Coffee Gifts --> Redeem A Gift.
They’ll create a login and take our coffee matching to quiz to generate their taste profile and discover their personalized coffee matches. They'll select if they need coffee ground or whole bean.
You do not need to enter the gift recipient's shipping information upon purchasing. They'll set up their shipping details and let us know how frequently they'd like to receive their coffee.
Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew and your gift recipient will not need to enter payment method to claim their gift.
Once they receive their redeemable gift code, they will create an account with us to claim their gift subscription. They will then set up their shipping address and gift subscription frequency, to let us know when and where to send their coffee.
Easy! They just need to use the same login info that they've already used with Trade and redeeming their gift code will apply equal amount of gift credit into their account, ready to use instantly! Store credit can be viewed here: https://www.drinktrade.com/myCredit
Absolutely! After selecting how many bags of coffee to gift, you may write an optional custom message. This gift message will be included in their email or printable card.
Not to worry! Contact a customer support agent at [email protected], or give us a chat or call, and we'll locate that gift code for you. We can also send them another email directly with the original gift code.
