    Roaster’s Notes
For the past five years, Highwire has been buying Gumercindo’s coffee through the Catracha Project—a program that seeks to highlight coffee producers from the municipality of Santa Elena, in the La Paz district of Honduras. As in years past, this offer of Gumercindo’s coffee is incredibly sweet in just about any preparation. Look for a crisp cup with plenty of honeydew melon sweetness with a touch of almond.
