Can I adjust my online coffee subscription once I set it?
Sure thing. Whether you set a monthly coffee subscription box and want to adjust the frequency to just a few weeks, are toying with a new brewing method, want to switch from whole coffee beans to ground coffee, or need to revise your payment method, it’s easy to change your settings. Just go to the second icon from the right at the top of your homepage and select “My Orders” from the dropdown. Under the “Subscription” section hit “Manage” and modify your preferences as needed. Can I pause my coffee subscription?
Once again, yes! Click the Trade logo in the upper left corner to return to the Home Page. Once you have an active subscription you will see your up next order date listed beneath the "My Subscription" tab. Click "Change order date" to pause your next order. You can choose to delay your next subscription order by up to six weeks. This is a great option if you’re going out of town for a while or just overstocked on coffee beans.
