Roaster’s Notes
We’ve worked with Jorge Benítez for 10 years and are always excited to offer you his amazing coffee! Las Peñitas takes its name from the remote mountain farm on which it is grown. The coffee is dried using a combination of parabolic solar driers and direct sunlight to control the drying rate, creating more uniformity throughout the lot. One of our favorite things about his coffee is the consistently complex fruit sweetness and creamy body.
