Roaster’s Notes
Idlewild is a Single Origin coffee- La Ventana from our partners at Vides 58 in Huehuetenango Guatemala. This lot is a mix of Red Caturra & Red Bourbon, grown at an altitude of 1,600 meters that underwent a traditional washed process. In the cup, you can expect a Maple & Apple Turnover sweetness with brightness of Cherry Cola- all flavors that we feel bode well with your favorite fall treat.
