Las Moritas Pacamara

    Roaster’s Notes
Don Higinio and his wife Dona Aura purchased Las Moritas in 1988, their first of many farms. This year we are happy to be roasting this all pacamara lot processed by our good friends LVC at their mill in Antigua. Pacamara is a unique varietal. The trees don’t yield much cherry, but the flavor they produce is super wild and fruity, very unique and hard to find in other varieties.
