Sweet & Inviting

A sweetness reminscent of toasted nuts and zesty lemon aromatics play well with the dense, date-like sweetness that permeates this cup.

    Roaster’s Notes
The Cooperative is comprised of the Apo, Angra, and Kange groups, and were united in 2000 by Brian Kuglame. With washing stations strategically placed throughout the wide swath of land that cooperative covers, management helps train small holder farmers to produce the best coffee possible in the region. This particular lot has a sparkling acidity, a deep sweetness, and some of the heavier body that is associated with coffees from the Pacific.
