This is the second of the lots we're offering from the Pangoa cooperative we visited in the Junin region of Peru this year. Pangoa Lot #1 is another astounding example of the coffee being produced in this often overlooked area of the country. The flavors here, similar to Lot #2 we previously offered, defy the expectation of coffee from Peru. In the cup, we're tasting loads of Jasmine Tea, balanced with bright and sweet Tamarind, with a sugary, clean body. One of the most special coffees we've offered in quite a while, and not one to be missed.
