San Pedro Necata is an approachable coffee that cools and unfolds into many complex flavors like black tea, honey, earthy sweetness, orange, and molasses. This coffee is grown by a small group of farmers near the town of San Pedro Necta in the northern region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Their dedication to soil health first grabbed Blueprint's attention at a 2017 summit in Antigua with our partners, Los Volcanes.
