Sweet & Tart

A big, sticky-sweet body with fresh plum and candied almond notes play well with a zippy lime acidity in this incredibly dynamic and delicious cup.

    Roaster’s Notes
Blueprint has been proud to support women’s groups and woman-owned farms in East Africa through Artisan Coffee Imports. Ruth Ann Church founded Artisan to help promote sustainability and transparency. This coffee comes from the Rwanda Agasaro women’s group, operating within the COCAGI cooperative. Agasaro (meaning “precious bead”) was the first women’s group within the cooperative. Member women are trained to be official cuppers and to tend to the crops.
