Our gift subscriptions are the perfect way to have friends and family experience a variety of coffee to match their taste profile!
We'll include a 3-bag gift code as an insert that will ship along with your equipment purchase.
Once the recipient receives their gift item, they can activate their gift subscription by going to "Coffee Gifts" --> "Redeem A Gift" and entering the code printed on the insert.
They’ll create a login and take our coffee matching to quiz to generate their taste profile and discover their personalized coffee matches. Then they'll let us know if they need their coffee orders ground or sent as whole bean.
Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew and your gift recipient will not need to enter payment method to claim their gift.
Easy! In that case, they just need to log into their Trade account and redeem their gift code. Once that code is redeemed, their gift will apply to their regular subscription orders.
For example, a 3-bag gift subscription will cover the costs the the next 3 standard-size bags ordered by their subscription.

We believe that our equipment has something to offer for all tastes and experience levels, but we know that sometimes returns are necessary. As long as it is in the original packaging and still in ‘like new’ condition, most equipment can be returned within 15 days of the shipping date. However, we are unable to accept returns on powered equipment (equipment that plugs into an outlet).
