Bali - Kintamani
Bali is a tiny island in Indonesia, and this coffee was grown in the Kintamani Highlands where Bourbon and Typica are the most prevalent coffee varieties. The entire island of Bali uses only organic fertilizers.
This year, it is giving us a ton more chocolate notes and the fruit notes are more mellow and balanced. Look for the bright sweetness of honeydew at the start of your sip, followed by the pastry crust and dutch cocoa finish.
