Roaster’s Notes
Kintamani Natural is processed by the traditional dry (natural) process of sun-drying the coffee cherries on raise beds. This is extremely rare for coffee coming out of this part of the world! The end cup is complex. It is fruity, and rich, with a full-bodied, buttery mouthfeel that reminds you the coffee you're drinking is from Indonesia. The fruit notes jump out more to us like a fermented, liqueur, winey-type fruity sweetness.
