Roaster’s Notes
Novo's Bedhatu Jibicho is named for its producer, Bedhatu Jibicho, who has personally managed her 84-acre farm for over 50 years. This coffee is a family affair, exported by Roba and Family Coffee, an export company founded by her sons. Bedhatu Jibicho is meticulous in her coffee producing techniques, cherries are hand-sorted and floated to remove defects, which leads to an exceptionally clean cup, brimming with jasmine and bursting with juicy fruit notes.
