Benti Nenka comes to us from Hambela Wamena in the Guji region of Ethiopia. Eyasu Worasa works with 600 contributing farmers to run the Guduba processing station. He uses traditional Ethiopian underwater fermentation to wash this coffee. We are particularly interested in the JARC & Ethiopian Landraces varietals in this coffee. All of this hard work contributes flavors of blackberry and stone fruity with a juicy body.
