Beriti was one of the best naturals we sampled this year, and it's a great coffee for anyone who's looking to expand their horizons of what coffee can taste like, or folks who already know they love their coffees juicy and fruit-forward. Hundreds of smallholder farmers from the village of Tore deliver their coffee to the Beriti station, where the washing station dries the coffee in its fruit and sorts the coffee with the highest level of care. We roast it to accentuate its clean, berry-focused flavors.
