    Mr. Aurelio Villatoro grew up in coffee, working with his father at Finca La Esperanza. Obsessed with quality control, he focuses on harvesting none but the ripest cherries and has them to the mill for pulping within 6 hours. The result is an extremely fresh, clean cup that is vibrant with a melange of citrus and a smooth chocolatey finish. Taste what years of experience and attention to detail produce in this nuanced cup!
