Brazil Sitio Canaa

Sweet & Inviting

We don't often see coffees from Brazil roasted this lightly, but it really works here - highlighting a sugary sweetness and hints of apricot, while maintaining a creamy, chocolaty body.

    Roaster’s Notes
One of the first farmers to hop on board FAF's ideas to improve Brazil's coffee crop was Joao Hamilton of Sitio Canaa. His farm was the first in the valley to go all in with their sustainable and bio-dynamic approach to farming and the results were immediately apparent when his coffee won the Nordic Roaster’s Forum cup in 2011. Now, ten years on, his farm is widely considered to be one of the top farms in Brazil and his coffees are prized the world over.
