Roaster’s Notes
Eduardo Osso's farm Buenavista reaches nearly to 2,000 Meters above sea level and is planted with mostly Caturra plants. This coffee stood out on the cupping table to us for its tantalizing brown sugar and vanillin flavors that reminds us of dulce de leche ice cream or sugar cookies. Behind the rich sugars and boy is a beautifully juicy orchestra of watermelon and sweet meyer lemon.
