We’re thrilled to present a northern Nariño coffee this season, from La Union-based producer association FUDAM (Fundacion Agraria y Ambiental). Over the past 18 years, the group has grown to 130 members in the surrounding area, providing better infrastructure for trading and increasing quality incentives. This coffee spent 21-33 hours wet before being dried on raised beds under parabolic dryers. This coffee is sweet and creamy with a blush of citrus zest.
