    Roaster’s Notes
Esayas Beriso and Meskerem Tomas manage their family’s 40-acre farm located in Buku, one of the highest coffee growing regions in the country. This elevation provides excellent density of flavor in the coffees produced here. When that is combined with anaerobic natural processing, the result is a wonderfully expressive coffee, full of ripe red berry flavors, and a satisfying mouthfeel.
