Roaster’s Notes
This blend is lovingly named after the home of the original Atomic Cafe, because we would not be the Atomic Coffee Roasters we are today without the genesis of that first location. This coffee is the lightest blend in our lineup, and is a beautiful combination of African and Central American washed coffees. It yields an approachable cup which pays homage to our origins, with a hint of brightness that has us looking onward and upward.
