    Roaster’s Notes
This is a regional lot from the grown in the Eastern Andes mountain range. The Cundiboyacense plateau where this coffee is grown contains many rivers and lakes that create unique Andean microclimates that result in wonderfully complex coffees. The Cattleya orchid is the national flower of Colombia, and is the namesake of this coffee due to their mutual aromatic complexity.
