Andrés is an amazing producer who not only grows and processes his own coffee, but also processes coffees from his neighbors' farms as well as helping with the farms of his family and mentor. This coffee is evidence of his unrelenting work with beautiful notes of ripe strawberries and cherry cordial, complemented by a rich and complex sweetness that reminds us of creme de cacao.
