    Don Edimet and his wife Maria Isabel are members of La Palma y El Tucan’s Neighbor’s program—a sustainable coffee relationship model that helps small-scale farmers produce top quality coffee. Since joining the Neighbor’s program, they’ve noticed a significant difference in their entire farming process. The crop has increased its sustainability through no longer using fungicides and their approach to water usage.
