    Roaster’s Notes
We had the opportunity to visit Freddy Botina and his farm in August of 2017. With the exception of his harvest, Freddy does every single thing on his farm, from weeding, trimming and mulching his plants, to planting banana trees as shade cover for his crop. Such personal attention to detail makes this coffee feel important, and furthermore the results of his labors are represented in the cup. This year we purchased Freddy's entire harvest.
