    Roaster’s Notes
    This coffee is grown and processed by Finca La Honda, a small farm of just two and a half hectares that is composed of roughly 8,000 trees. The farm is owned and operated by Jairo Alcaraz and two of his sons. Jairo began his journey in coffee as a picker and slowly saved up enough to purchase the land that Finca La Honda now sits on. Although their production volume is not as high as other farms in the region, the quality of each harvest is extraordinary.
