Colombia La Alsacia

Funky & Fruity

An experimental 200-hour anaerobic fermentation makes this coffee ridiculously juicy and complex yet super sweet. We're tasting most all of the fruits, including blood orange, fresh mango, and white grape.

    Roaster’s Notes
A giant big natural that really caused quite a stir when we tried to nail down the tasting notes. This coffee is so bright, vibrant and complex that everyone had about 15 different flavor descriptors that would have worked. This is exactly the kind of coffee we love to feature. An experimental anaerobic fermentation that lasted 200 hours? Yes we are definitely interested.
