Colombia La Pirámide

Summer is officially here, and with that comes a new holistic, fresh crop of coffees from Colombia. Crisp acidity, floral sweetness, and a juicy mouthfeel are all attributes we search for during this time of harvest. La Pirámide was cultivated in one of our favorite growing regions of Colombia, Inzá. Tasting of fresh-cut pear and raw sugar, there's almost no wrong way to extract this coffee. Try as a filter or flash brew over ice during those hot mornings!
