Roaster’s Notes
Comfort and ease. That is the goal of this coffee as we transition from Winter to Spring. Warm honey and hazelnut sweetness for the cold mornings and yet the cup finishes with red fruits, florals, and a light airiness that is perfect for the patio. This micro-lot from Nariño, Colombia is made up of extremely small lots from four farms that we blended together at the roastery. They all cupped incredibly well and complemented each other.
