Uganda is a developing specialty coffee origin, and in the past few years the quality of coffee from Uganda that has reached US shores has increased dramatically. This natural process coffee produced Gerald Mbabazi in Southwester Uganda is a treat, with funky notes of grilled pineapple and berries, plus a creamy body that reminds us of pistachio ice cream.
