This blend features three very different coffees, with beans from the Klasik Beans Co-op in Sumatra, small farms in Nariño, Colombia, and the Ninety Plus Gesha Estates in Panama providing a wildly unique combination of flavors. There are flowers and fruit juice throughout, with big notes of dark chocolate in the aftertaste.
Hints of Berry Fruit, Citrus and Milk Chocolate
About the Roaster
This Denver roaster operates on vintage Vittoria machines, one of which is powered by a Ferrari motor.
Different coffees represent not only the very different communities growing coffee but the very different varieties of coffee grown today as well - and we decided to blend some of the ones we love most. This Novo blend contains three different varieties, represents three different processing methods, and comes from three very distinct regions. Together, they create a coffee that is complex and deep, reflecting the coffee world that we are all a part of.
