About the Roaster
This roaster’s co-founder helped found the United States Barista Competition in 1999.
This smooth, sweet blend brings together a washed Red Bourbon from Guatemala and a natural-process heirloom coffee from Ethiopia. Aromas of chocolate-covered cherry and marzipan lead to notes of milk chocolate and raspberry jam in the cup. The smooth body and blueberry acidity resolve into a mellow finish tinged with rose hip.
