    A Good First Foray Into Lighter Roasts

    I tend to be a dark roast guy, but this looked like a good option for me to branch out a little. I was right. This gave me some of the chocolate notes that I like, while also bringing some acidity and brightness to the party. I’m getting a lot of the roasted notes that I love while also getting the feeling of something fresh.
