    Roaster’s Notes
    We went all out this year and contracted a large amount of the naturally processed coffee from the specialty organic farms in the Sabanilla de Alajuela region. Immediately upon grinding, sweet perfumed fruits reminiscent of cherry and mango come forward. The body is thick and syrupy with notes of raw honey and vanilla. Experts consistently consider Las Lajas as producing some of the best coffee in Central America, and this year's harvest proves that point.
