Our Ethiopian single origin is from the Kochere district of Yirgacheffe. 650 smallholders in the immediate area contributed their indigenous heirloom cherries to the Debo washing station where the cherries are sorted and depulped. The beans are washed after 36-48 hours of fermenting and then dried on raised beds. Our Debo roast offers a sparkling aroma with a citrus flavor and clean finish.
