Roaster’s Notes
From southern Ecuador’s Zamora-Chinchipe Province, which borders Peru. The coffee was produced by the 135-member ACRIM cooperative, a group that works in collaboration with the umbrella organization FAPECAFES. The farmers typically own just 1.5 hectares of land, producing organic coffee and a diversity of other crops including: corn, cabbage, bananas, citrus, papaya, flowers, and yucca. Decaffeinated by the Swiss Water Process, without the use of solvents.
