Roaster’s Notes
Fincas Mierisch In Nicaragua has been growing excellent coffee for decades. Eleane Mierisch is the CEO of Fincas Mierisch and runs a tight ship with many of her coffees being in high demand. This year we are happy to be offering one of the most delicious decafs we have had cross our tongues. Before being decaffeinated by Swiss Water in Vancouver B.C., this coffee was anaerobically fermented which makes it particularly juicy and sweet.
