Funky & Fruity

If this coffee were a person, s/he would only shop local. Processed from a privately-owned coffee farm, expect an intentionally classic taste.

    Roaster’s Notes
This coffee is from a privately owned washing station. Alemayehu, the owner, has several of his own farms, one of which is delivering and processing here. The variety most used at the Sede washing station is 74158, but in Ethiopian varieties are usually a mix of Certo and Wolisho. The varieties are referred to collectively as Ethiopian Heirloom, which is a myriad of local native Typica hybrids and improved varietals based on the old strains.
