Roaster’s Notes
Bosque de Marfil is Huckleberry’s first offering from Ecuador, and it’s a super sweet kickoff for this new-to-us origin. Black cherry, green apple, and molasses flavors dominate a complex, but sweet and comforting cup. Bosque de Marfil is the name of a forest in the center of Ecuador’s southernmost Loja province, and the 44 farmers who produce this coffee call the Bosque de Marfil home.
