Ecuador La Yumbada Espresso

Chocolaty & Sweet

Dark chocolaty notes are balanced with the deep jammy sweetness of cherry; with all that going on, this one still manages to be light enough on the palate so as to linger, but not cloy.

    Roaster’s Notes
One of Temple's core values is fostering sustainable social, economic, and environmental partnerships with farmers around the globe. Although Ecuador is not one of the most prolific coffee producing countries in South America, their minimum wage practices and their amazing coffee varietals have cemented their presence in the world of specialty coffee. The La Yumbada farm is run by Christian Marlin and Rommy Idrobo high in the Ecuadorian mountains.
